Trauma Therapy

that meets you where you are

Evidence-based support to help you
feel like yourself again

Do you often feel overwhelmed in relationships that used to light you up?

Have the things you loved become just another burden?

Do you keep experiencing the same situations

and feel like you can't break the cycle?

If you want to move out of survival mode and make space for what’s next

I’m here to help

I’m Katherine, a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in trauma recovery.

My practice is focused on providing evidence-based trauma therapy to adults who have experienced trauma, specifically those who have complex trauma or who have treatment resistant symptoms.

I'm a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma & Dissociation (ISSTD), and I aim to integrate the most up to date research and neuroscience into my practice, using both top-down (talk therapy) and bottom-up (somatic therapy) approaches, tailored to fit each person’s needs

Whether it’s your first time seeking therapy or you’re looking for a different approach, please reach out -
I'd love to help you find the right care (even if it's not with me)

We respectfully acknowledge that we are uninvited settlers living and working on the traditional, stolen, and unceded territories of the ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ (Anishinabewaki), Wendake-Nionwentsïo, Ho-de-no-sau-nee-ga (Haudenosaunee), Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishinaabemowin (Ojibwe) Nations.

What we now refer to as Canada was also built on the labour of many immigrant and migrant communities. We remember those who came here involuntarily, particularly those brought to these lands as a result of the trans-Atlantic slave trade and slavery. This city was built on stolen land and stolen labour of Black, Indigenous, and racialized people.

We are committed to understanding the ongoing impacts of colonization and working towards decolonization, both inside and outside the therapy room. Please visit native-land.ca to learn about whose lands you are on.
